Santuario de San Antonio Church
McKinley Road , Forbes Park
Makati City , Metro Manila
Philippines

The Franciscans built Santuario de San Antonio after their mother church in Intramuros was destroyed in the closing days of World War II. To their new santuario, or sanctuary, they brought a statue of Saint Anthony that had survived the bombing of their old beloved church.

Since Grace is from the Philippines and was raised Catholic, she made it a point to show Patrick the different churches in Manila that are special to her which includes Santuario de San Antonio . So when they were looking for a church for the wedding, Santuario became their top choice. Grace have always liked this church and Patrick was captivated by its traditional architecture.

Patrick and Grace had a traditional Catholic wedding mass and ceremony.  They looked forward to making a covenant with God and receiving the sacrament of Matrimony surrounded by their family and friends.
